ECHO
Appropriate Technology Internship (Florida) - The objective of ECHO's Appropriate Technology Program is to provide demonstrations and trainings which teach relevant ideas and their potential to improve the lives of the poor. The AT program maintains both physical demonstrations on the ECHO Campus and is involved with networking, training and maintaining a collection of AT resources, documentation and information. The AT Intern assists with these activities while learning and developing their career skills. This is a great opportunity to get experience with many simple technologies including water purification, water pumps, post harvest processing, efficient cook stoves, and alternative energies.
